Chris and Vicky needed to extend their home to accommodate a large teenage family. They changed the roofline to maximise the floor and ceiling space in two upstairs bedrooms, they converted the garage into a study/TV room and then added a large rear extension to create a 5th bedroom, en-suite and large open plan kitchen/diner.

Another Fairstone Homes project – we took a dated and tired bungalow, extended the kitchen to make a large kitchen/dining space and refurbished throughout with a clean, modern and contemporary finish.

Will and Zoe moved into a house with a small galley kitchen, utility and dated dining room and wanted to create an open bright airy kitchen/dining/family space. We knocked throught the existing rooms, added an extension with an overhead lantern and opened the room up to the garden with bi-fold doors.

John and Jenni owned an art gallery in the centre of Market Harborough which had an outbuilding at the rear. When they decided to retire and sell their business they loved the location so much that they decided to build a new two bedroom home on the location of the outbuilding which overlooked the river right in the heart of the town.

Our client had owned this cottage for 25 years however it had become run down and was in need of a major refurbishment. As it was in a conservation area, it was particulary important that we brought back lots of the original character and charm of this 300 year old cottage.

Major House Renovation
Suzanne and Neil brought a dated 70’s style house in the heart of Hardingstone. They wanted to create an open and modern family home. We all but demolished the orignal house, added three extensions and then rebuilt the house, competely changing the internal layout and updating throughout both inside and outside.
